German Product Designer Simon Frambach‘s has created this fantastic Soft Light that can be used as a warm glowing pillow. The Soft Light can also be squeezed into gaps to hold doors open or prop up feet, tables…whatever you need propping up!

The squashy lamp proves useful in a number of settings like helping to prop up this wall mirror while providing enough light to see that gorgeous reflection.

Instead of trying to hide the power source Simon Frambach has highlighted it using a simple red cord feeding out from the Soft Light.

Using a massive block of polyurethane foam the shape is created through a rotation milling. The light within the polyurethane foam is a low energy light bulb that is protected by a cage so that it does not smash when pressure is applied.
